Yogahaven London’s Summer Party 2015

Yogahaven Summer Party 1

I love a good bend & stretch in the sunshine, so when I saw that Yogahaven London was hosting an al fresco summer party to salute the sun, you know I flowed right on over.

What I wore: a day of yoga in the park. (Still not sure what I’m laughing about in the photo on the right!)

Wipe out!

The class was hosted in Clapham Common, just by the brand stand, and yoga teacher Charlie Morgan lead us through a 75 minute flow class last Sunday afternoon. Approximately 400 yogis turned up to bend & stretch together, and considering the open class style and invitation to those who had never practiced yoga before, the sequence and pacing was more advanced than I had expected. (Sorry, Jeff!) But to help us through there were several teachers from the Yogahaven studios on hand to assist with adjustments from time to time.

I wasn’t able to stay long after class, but I did ask Jeff to take a few pictures of my practice so that I could share them with you!

Do you practice yoga? Let me know if you know of any other al fresco yoga classes in the London area!
