So I’m a little late to writing this one up, but seeing as I’m now nearly all the way through this scrub I figure I should say something about it!

Back in May (I know, I know!) organic beauty brand Melvita brought out a new organic body scrub* enriched with pink berries and rose hip oil. It smells as good as it sounds, and I’m certainly a fan. 

The L’Or Rose Silhouette Scrub* combines pink berries from La Reunion and Rose Muscat Oil to exfoliate the skin. The gel texture transforms into a rich cream when lathered, and the smell in the shower is divine and (luckily!) it also lingers with a delicate veil on the skin.

Post-scrub my skin feels smoother and softer, and I take advantage by lathering up in either body oil (if you’ve tried the L’Or Rose Firming Oil, this scrub is supposed to double the firming effect – but I’ve not tried this oil so can’t confirm!) or a body lotion to help keep that smoothing lasting longer. (Lately I’ve been reaching for a tanning body lotion to make my limbs glow without having to risk sun exposure sans SPF.)
