Considering how many of my beauty posts reference La Roche-Posay’s Serozinc, I’m surprised I hadn’t put fingers to keyboard to write out a review just for it! So now that I’ve replaced this original can several times, it’s time to dedicate a post to the beauty that is Serozinc.
I first bought the La Roche-Posay Serozinc in France during a beauty shopping spree (if you haven’t before, you can read about that experience here), and it’s since become a favourite in my kit.
Originally I heard about this product from Caroline Hirons, but ummed and ahhed about buying it until the sales assistant at the French pharmacy convinced me to get it. And after trying it I see why she enjoys it so much!
I find it’s soothing, calming and overall just helps my skin calm down and chill out. And if I’ve got a nasty cystic spot coming up (you know what I mean; those beasts that grow under the skin and you can feel them weeks before they rear their ugly heads…) I find Serozinc is really helpful for calming and soothing the irritated skin.
This is also one of my favourite products for acne prone skin.
While it’s a little bit cheaper in France, Serozinc is also available online and in store at Boots in the UK for an affordable price.
Much love, Katie xo
I love La Roche-Posay Serozinc, I’m on my second can but I find it better spraying it on a cotton pad and then rubbing it over my skin. Great post, and lovely blog x

I haven’t tried it that way! I’ll have to give it a go tonight. Thanks for the suggesting!
