Review: My Little Box Fleur de Force Collaboration

Fleur De Force My Little Box Collaboration December 01

Maybe it’s because I was travelling for the first week of December, or maybe it’s because I received my box toward the beginning of the delivery window, but I genuinely didn’t hear any hype about December’s My Little Box. Which is wild considering this month’s box is in collaboration with blogger Fleur de Force!

Here’s what I found inside my December box…

This one was a real treat to unwrap! (And how great is that “Christmas Cheer Loading” sticker on the inside?!) It just felt like there was so much inside – and things I’ll actually use, too!

This one included a lifestyle product (the cute knit headband, perfect for keeping ears warm while waiting for busses in winter), three beauty products (My Little Beauty Rouge à Levres in Fireworks Red, €19; Cowshed Wild Cow Invigorating Body Lotion, £18 for 300ml; L’Occitane Precious Cream, £45 for 50ml), a Kanako print and another edition of My Little World magazine.

I’m pretty stoked about this month’s products because one can never have too many red lippies, Cowshed has been on my list of brands to check out and I tried a sampler of this L’Occitane cream a while back and was pleased with the results – but never got around to crossing it off my ‘to buy’ list. Hurrah for another sampler!

And then there were a whole bunch of extras, with everything you’d need to put the finishing touches on gift wrapping: string, patterned tape and gift tags. Just in time for Christmas!

Now, I know that many other bloggers and vloggers reviewing My Little Box have complained that My Little World magazine isn’t the most informative or engaging publication; after all, it doesn’t have many articles! However, I personally don’t mind. My life is really busy, and I spend a significant portion of my working day reading, so if I can just flip through and feel stylistically inspired by pretty pictures and pause for no more than a couple of minutes with each of the tutorials, then that’s a win in my book!

Till next time, xo

My Little Box runs on a subscription service and costs £11 per month plus £3.95 P&P. For more info, check out the My Little Box subscription area.
