Wrinkles aren’t something I’m combating quite yet, but I’ve only got one face and like to start good habits early. This  is why I regularly use eye creams, hoping that I’ll be able to keep that area hydrated, healthy, and looking good for much longer than I might be able to do otherwise.

While I was beauty shopping in Paris all those months ago I was umming and ahhing over this Caudalíe eye and lip cream before the sales assistant confidently confirmed it was a good product for me and placed it into my basket for me. I’m so glad I didn’t put it back on the shelf…

Yes, this product says anti-wrinkle right on it – it is the Caudalíe Polyphenol Anti-Wrinkle Eye and Lip Cream, after all – but I feel like it’s so much more than that.

I used it daily while travelling in the USA, where I found it to be really nourishing, plumping, and generally made my eyes look a bit more awake. (i.e. brilliant for combatting tired jet lagged eyes!) With regular use I also feel like it has also reduced the appearance of my naturally dark under eye circles, which is always a bonus in my book!

According to the Caudalíe website, the Polyphenol + Vitamin C anti-oxidant, anti-wrinkle formula is enriched with Matrixyl 3000 and fern, horse chestnut, liquorice and witch hazel extracts. Instantly tightening, smoothing and moisturising. Which is essentially what I experienced while using it!
